Dr. Andrea Albright Roberson, DO

It is truly refreshing to be treated first, as a human being, followed by someone in need of help. I come from the old school where patients were treated by familiar faces that really do care about how you are doing. That is exactly what you get with Dr Roberson and her entire staff. There is no clock running while you are speaking to the doctor. A holistic approach that takes into consideration diet, age, mental health and physical symptoms. I recommend anyone who is considering a new doctor to try Dr Roberson's office and would personally like to thank all of them on how they have treated me.

Ok, I read the reviews before my husband went to Dr. Roberson and I was concerned. I went with him to his appointment and the reviews could not be more wrong! I have been in the healthcare industry for almost 40 years and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and professional and my husband liked both the Dr. and Kim (the P.A.) very much! They took care of his concerns immediately and ordered the appropriate Rx's and lab tests. The people who gave these reviews were probably mad that they didn't get Vicodin or were just annoying hypochondriacs. Sorry to sound harsh but it really bugs me when people slam a decent business. Please give Dr. Roberson a chance, she has a really great office!

Rude people even on the phone you can sense the rudeness , why not invest in good customer care and good manners ,courteous staff and revamping the office for better customer service .

I have been seeing Dr. Roberson for years and got my wife to see her as well. Dr. Roberson is kind and professional but her front staff (Receptionist) really needs to get a better personality if she wants to be the first person someone sees or talks to. My wifes diagnosis was read wrong from her office and it took the clinic to call us and tell us that there was something wrong. We did get an appology but really as this was a life changing event.

I have been going to Dr. Roberson for many years. I have been very pleased with her professionalism. She is the one who discovered I had thyroid disease. She also suspected some serious problems with my headaches back in 1999 and sent me to a wonderful neurologist after reading the results of my MRI. It turned out that I had a brain aneurysm, thank God for Dr. Roberson being persistent and finding us the best specialist in the area. I love Ginny, she has been extremely kind to me. I have even brought in foster babies that I care for and Dr. Roberson will examine them and not even charge for her visits! She is amazing.

Would not reccomend this Doctor. She is rarely there or available for her patients. Office hours are short and intermittent. Staff is seriously incompetent & non personable. Extremely poor follow-up as needed. Difficult to reach by phone and lucky to get a return call without a lot of persistence, whether it be to try and make an appointment or for questions. There are better doctors available.

She's not the nicest doctor. She almost seemed annoyed I was there and this was my first visit. Don't think I'll be going back.

Went to Dr. Roberson initially for a miscarriage. She was very caring and concerned. Over the years, it became harder and harder to see her - she was never available. It's not like I tried to get in very often. Annual visits, minor concerns. After I had gone to the ER because I could not get in to see her with something I was pretty concerned about, her staff STILL insisted I could not get in for an appointment for another 10 days! Thankfully, my emergency wasn't life threatening, but that pretty much broke the camel's back. I've moved on to better care.
