Would not recommend! Various reasons why, overall not trustworthy or honest. This is very important when caring for your children.

Appears to be kind hearted and trust-worthy. I communicated personal information with Andrea C.Tavlan. Andrea Tavlan documented information I did not care to have noted in my childâ??s medical records. When I asked Dr. Tavlan if this information had been included in my childâ??s medical records, she lied and said no. I did share I did not want this information to be a part of my childâ??s medical records. The information shared was personal and sensitive. I did not want acts of misjudgment to be placed on my child. Over a year later I realized Dr. Tavlan did document in great detail the information shared. The information shared was not something a physician is required to document, as it was not a legal matter, and did not cause harm, or threat to my child. After requesting my childâ??s medical records, I discovered the information disclosed in great detail with some additional words, which were not true. This was an act of prejudice, and was done with an attempt to… single-out or categorize my child when others review the files. In addition Dr. Tavlan exaggerated, and indicated she provided family counseling. This was done for additional payment through my insurance. When family counseling was not provided, nor when my appointment was made, I never asked for family counseling for my child and me. Perpetrating family counseling was falsifying my childâ??s medical records. I have great insurance and I have the option of taking my child to see any physician of choice, and I made a huge mistake by allowing my child to be under Dr. Tavlanâ??s care. I choose to share this information for the well being of other children, as my child means the world to me!
