Dr. Andrea Sung Tieng, MD

Avoid this doctor. Terrible punctuality, bedside manner, personality. Booked me to be first case for the day. 7 a.m. on a Tuesday. I was there early, got gowned up and on bed.. Nurses were awesome and kept checking on me to tell me Tieng still hadn't come to work yet. Tieng was 90 minutes late. 90 min is not a little bit late due to busy traffic, it's simply blowing off your duties and thinking a patient's time doesn't matter. Going into room, no greeting from her, she just sits at computer typing. Her nurse greets then puts me out. I later awake and she rudely says something about "suboptimal prep". I'm still groggy but thinking WTH. My wife who is a nurse of 20 years helped with the prep and I was pooping clear as urine for 2 hours the night before. The accusatory tone of hers needs to be put into check. Tieng gets paid either way. Her punctuality, attitude, bedside manner... terrible. Avoid this doctor and instead find one who cares about your time and money.

Quick to make an appointment, but not worth it. Absolutely unprofessional experience. Office staff unprofessional as well. I can't stress enough how upset I was by the care received by Dr Tieng.
