NO! NO! NO! Ladies this is NOT how we're supposed to be treated. On my first meeting with Dr. Boeckman she walked in the room, didn't introduce herself, say hello, she was more worried about using AI to record my visit. Which I did not like that she used it. I was caught off guard. Dr. Boeckman wasn't personable, never smiled or really looked me in the eye. These are Very Important characteristics, especially to ob/gyn patients who are already nervous. I wasn't comfortable with her at all, therefore, I have found a new Doctor. Please ladies don't settle. The front desk girl & nurse were pleasant and welcoming but it's the Doctor who really matters. I will Not except being treated like I was. I was Very disappointed as I waited over two months for an appointment that was a waste of time.

Th Dr and nurse both listened to all my concerns and questions. Recommendations for treatment were explained and possible results or alternative treatments were discussed. I feel like I was listened to and I appreciate the Excellent care that was provided.

Dr. Valeri is wonderful! She was on time, helped me to feel at ease on my visit and explained everything that was going to happen. She's very personable and makes you feel like she really cares about her patient.
