I am sold... she will be my primary doctor. Transferring my chart!!

Dr. Westby was excellent during our stay with our third baby. She came for a visit to see how we were doing [on her day off] even though she was not my primary doctor or my son's. Her genuine interest was heartwarming and unexpected as we understand how busy the life of a doctor can be.

Dr. Westby was very sweet and kind, and seemed concerned about my condition... but neglected to err on the side of caution. She mis-diagnosed my condition, and even after I pursued other professional opinions which confirmed the severity of my case, she maintained her original position and left me in great pain to seek out the appropriate care I needed. In the end, I needed an emergency surgery, which she felt certain I didn't need, and refused my requests for appropriate tests.
