Dr. Andrea Margreta Diane Williams, MD

Dr. Williams is a fantastic doctor who truly cares for her patients. She takes time with each patient and is very thoughtful and caring. She corrected a problem that was caused by another doctor's lack of care. I underwent a balloon sinuplasty procedure with her and it turned out excellent. She is also my allergy doctor. I would and have recommended her to others.

I underwent a balloon sinuplasty procedure performed by Dr. Williams. Before having the procedure, I was experiencing a lot of congestion and I could not smell. I felt as if my quality of life had significantly decreased. However, since the procedure, my sense of smell has returned. I am able to breathe in more air. I would honestly recommend this procedure to anyone who is suffering from a loss of smell and sinus problems.

Dr. Williams is a fantastic doctor who goes the extra mile to care for her patients. She is thoughtful and delicate in her approach to ENT care. I have told all of my friends about how wonderful she is.

Never Again! I made a big mistake going to this office thinking I would get medical care by a Doctor. Had to go to immediate care clinic the following day with blood in ear and throat problem not diagnosed.

Totally unprofessional. unethical, caught in more than one lie and then outright refused to treat serious painful and ongoing condition. The office is dangerous, dirty and full of water and sewage marks all over the ceilings. Just awful.

This doctor and her office is a joke, they just take your money and do know treat you. its been weeks and they have not even called with results. they should close her down!

Terrible experience with this Doctor. Despite clearly setting expectations for why I was scheduling the appointment, when it came time for the appointment (and after collecting the co-pay before event seeing the doctor) I was told that this doctor did not have the expertise to assist me. It was a complete waste of time. All of this occurred AFTER the first appointment was mis-scheduled, resulting in a scheduling conflict.

I have had an issue with my sinuses for about 3 years. Another ENT just puts me on antibiotics over and over and over. My visit with Dr. Williams was great because although we weren't able to find the root of the issue right away, she saw a clear pattern that pointed in another direction that she was looking to follow instead of constant antibiotics. It has been 3 weeks and I feel much better already. I know we aren't done, but she made it clear she wasn't stopping until we found the main issue at hand. That is a doctor worth waiting for.

Dr. Williams and her staff took excellent care of my daughter and I. She was very informative and answered my questions.

I had a great experience, she spent time with me and explained my condition to me. I was very ill and the staff worked me in urgently to see her for my first visit.
