Audrey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 5 years experience in the mental health field. Audrey is especially passionate about working with veterans and family members of veterans. With a background in family therapy, she finds joy in working with adolescents and adults experiencing life stressors, anxiety, social, and trauma related disorders. Audrey specializes in providing support to family members of individuals experiencing severe and persistent mental illnesses such as bipolar disorder, autism, and schizophrenia. Audrey will bring an out-of-the box, engaging virtual experience to fit your unique needs. Audrey earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work (MSW) at the University of Southern California. Through personal experiences with loved ones and a specialized degree track in Military Social Work, Audrey understands the unique challenges that our veterans face. Audrey is certified in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), a treatment, …proven to successfully treat trauma related disorders. Other approaches to therapy include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and solution-focused therapy (SFT). Audrey will foster a comfortable and inviting environment to which you can always be yourself. With the optional uses of art, music, yoga, and mindfulness, Audrey can help equip you with simple tools to manage anxiety and life stress.
