Great office. I would recommend that place to anyone. Walked in on Saturday without an appointment and was taken immediately back. Great service! I was lucky to find this place.

They overcharged my account by $80 and it over 15 phone calls to get the matter straightened out. I took one child in for a well child exam and another one in for vaccinations. All of that should have been covered under my insurance, but they insisted I owed a $40 co-pay/child, so I went ahead and did that. Turned out, they were wrong - one girl told me that they went ahead and refunded the money to my account -- when it never showed back up, it took several phone calls to talk end up talking to someone who basically said that the well-child exams weren't well childs after all because the doctor noticed some things and wrote out referrals (did nothing in his office - just wrote up a bunch of slips). So, I had to pay OTHER doctors to follow up on these things, none of which panned out... he was completely normal in every area. Soooo, apparently I owe them more money because of the time it took to write up these crappy referrals that were really just a giant waste of my time? I don't… know. I tried to be polite and courteous, even as I played phone tag with people and were promised call backs, etc etc etc, but in the end, I terminated our relationship with Porter Pediatrics. I'd rather deal with more professional doctors and staff who know what they're doing.

I have used this Dr for almost 18 yrs and have at times been irritated because i have more than one child but if i bring them with me they will want to see them too and not just my sick child. But they have been fantastic in always remembering us cause even though i have alot of kids im hardly in there at all. And my oldest son has a few medical problems that they have always stayed on top of. Are they always busy,yes but they are helpful and most of the time curtious.

Great location, convenient hours, open Saturdays, bilingual, accepts Medicaid, no appointments needed, excellent care: what more could you ask for? Dr. Nikolaidis saved my child's life I am forever greatful! I will never take my child any place else. I appreciate everything the Nikolaidis' have done for my family.

Bring toys or videos for your kids. There is nothing to keep your kids occupied during the wait in this office. We waited for about 20 minutes in the first office and then about 30 minutes in the second. My kids were going bonkers. My kids first visit was alright, although I wish they had handouts and update info when you go in for well child visits like my previous pediatrician's office gave me. The woman doctor was friendly. I asked for Dr. Niko, but he doesn't seem to be in very much. Today, I'm trying to set up another visit for my child and I keep getting a message telling me there is no one to take my call. I think I will start looking for another pediatrician and keep this one for a backup. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't impressive.

Dr. Andreas is very polite and helpful. I would trust him to care for all 3 of my children under any circumstance.

I have used Porter Pediatrics with Dr. Andreas for 5-6 years. I have never been happy with the service they provide. The place is unclean, if you don't believe me check under the infant table in each room...or better yet try to get the sinks to run water in the rooms....very few of the sinks where working as of Friday of last week.He and I haven't seen eye to eye on many of occasions, but the one that sticks out the most was my son had something that looked like cradle cap(about 2 years ago). Every morning I would scrub his scalp and by 4pm it would be back(a yellowish mucus yuck on his scalp). I took him in and was given a sample of medicine(4 grams total) to treat his scalp. Tried the ointment 4 days straight and ran out...took my son back in only now my son's hair was no longer growing because of this YELLOWISH GOOP that was on it. He had 4 bald spots. They couldn't do anything! I had to take him to Cleveland Pediatrics(13.7 miles away). They prescribed a medicine shampoo… that healed him in a week. His hair grew back in (3 months).The last thing I can say is I brought my youngest in for treatment because she was running a high fever. They took blood and urine samples. Nothing was revealed by the tests. Dr.Andreas and his new male Dr at the office gave my daughter a shot of antibiotics at my request(a mother knows when her child is ill). Anyway we were told to come back the next day so they could monitor her progress. Guess what? Neither of them was their the next day, and also it was like her file had vanished into thin air. Granite she was better(thanks to the shot), but why would they tell me to come back, and not be there? What happens to the files at this place? What is going on?There is no one else in the area that accepts medicaid(or the same type my children have).
