Dr. Andreas Phoebus Xydas

Great dentist and staff.

Dr Xydas worked worked on tooth #29 on Jan 14th 2019 til this day I’m still having swelling and pain in this area. I told the dentist on Feb 12th that this area was bothering me and I tried to deal with it and at that time he stated he would fix the area and at no cost since my insurance had already paid. He stated that he would fix the area on Feb 14th at 2pm. Later that day I called the dentist office inquiring about a root canal that I had earlier that in which the dentist got snappy to the point where I had to hang up on him. A few days past and I called back because at this point the pain and swelling in tooth #29 is unbearable. On this call I was told the dentist was to nervous to work on me and they would schedule me an appointment to fix the problem and I was even told by Maria that they didn’t even work on that tooth. They will probably lie and say they didn’t say that but this time I have proof and I’m in the process of contacting the ADA and my insurance carrier because I’m… complaining about a problem with a tooth that was paid for already and now their saying they didn’t even work on that tooth. The dentist is rude and doesn’t listen when I tell him I have an issue with something he worked on, like he can’t take criticism and gets defensive.
