Dr. Andres Alvarado, MD

He makes you wait hours every appointment, because he over schedules. That is inconsiderate! This is a sign in the Medical Profession as Greedy! He is highly aware of it, and obviously doesn't care. I am always on time, and the shortest wait has been 1 hour and 45 min. I have been going to his office going on 4 years. My time is disrespected, and not only because of the wait, he also doesn't get around to customers' needs when there is an error for days, too. If he scheduled appropriately that would not be an issue, neither!

I saw Dr. Alverado for years and everything was find until my insurance company started to cover my visits and did not have to pay cash anymore and within 2 weeks he discharged me. They would call me while I was at work, which I cannot answer my phone and by the time I got off work they were closed and they did this 2 times and I was discharged. Never had any issues at all in all the years and then now I hear that he will give some patients chance or chance and I know they are providing someone else's pee for the UA, sells prescription and he knows this too but continues you to let them slide by. I was a good loyal patient and followed all of you rules and never a bad UA but once the cash stopped I was let go. To me know it seems as if the money is more important then the patient because I know the insurance company does not pay as much as I was paying. Why give other patients chance after chance and then literally go out of their way to get me discharged.

Horrible doctor and staff. I was charged $500 for a 5min consultation after waiting an hour & wasnt even able to get an injection. All he kept pushing on was narcotics, which I was refusing I just wanted an injection for my back pain. I was yelled at by one of the office staff, the office is dirty and disgusting. Then someone from the office called my place of employment & left a msg with a co worker about a follow up appt and that I needed to make sure I bring another $350 for the next appt. I DO NOT recommend this doctor or his office.

I have been a patient since he opened in havasu, over 10 years ago. best doctor and I have been to CA, Vegas, Phoenix. 6 back surgeries later. the wait to see him is long at times but not sure what I would do without dr. Alvarado.

All the bad comments are all correct, the 5 star comments must be the staff giving them unless the elderly are not hearing everything he is saying. The F... word constantly, the sexual harassment to patients and staff.

The doctor takes the time to listen and explain issues. He gives options on care plans and you can tell he genuinely cares. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Great doc, felt he knew what he was talking about.

Always a joy returning to this office. Glad to be back Doc!
