Dr Palacio is kind, thorough, very professional. He explained in great detail the plan going forward. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I'm so thankful to have found him and his staff. It was worth the wait of getting the initial appointment! Bonus: NO waiting in the office. Excellent scheduling. Respectful of the patient's time. A 10-star experience.

DR.Palacio is the best MD in the field of Endocrinology.He explains thoroughly the pathophysiology of my medical problem, the treatments that I need ,medication that will help my condition in a very positive way ,follow up care,I really feel that the cares for me that I get well and healthy.

I am a new patient and went to Dr. Palacio last week. He was wonderful. I was diagnosed with diabetes and he prescribed a medicine. Apparently, my health plan turned it down and wants authorization. I have called the office 3 times on 3 consecutive days to find out my next step. It always goes to voice mail and no one returns my call. I do not recommend this doctor due to his poor office staff who seems oblivious to patient care. I would think medicine for a diabetic would be a priority. I am now reading earlier reviews that Dr. Palacio's office is notorious for never returning phone calls. I wish I had known this before seeing Dr. Palacio. Do not go to Dr. Palacio.
