Dr. Pinto personally begged me to come in to get fitted for an oral appliance during covid shutdown. I did. I heard nothing back. Every few months I would reach out and get and excuse back. Not one proactive status update. Going somewhere else.

Gave medications that I was already taking and didn't get any better. Just continued to get worse. Didn't have any answers for me after 4 visits, so I don't think I will go back.

everything was fine so on this initial visit.

I came to see Dr. Pinto in regards to my burning tongue. A resident came in to talk to me about why I was there and I explained. Dr Pinto came in examined me very well and decided to change my medication. So we'll see what happens.

While it was difficult to find the office the experience here has been quite positive. Office and tech staff have been pleasant and efficient.

Dr. Pinto listened to my involved dental issue and showed that he understood what was occurring. He was the first person who knew what was happening. He made recommendations which involved pursuing prosthodontia. He offered to be a part of the treatment program. Dr. Pinto was an excellent listener and made me feel at ease.
