Dr. Banker is a graduate of Marquette University's School of Dentistry, with further specialty training in oral and maxillofacial surgery from the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport. Before joining ArkLaTex Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, he served as an Assistant Professor at the Health Sciences Center.
Dr. Banker is a member of numerous professional organizations including the American Dental Association, the Louisiana Dental Association, the Northwest Louisiana Dental Association, and the American Association of Oral And Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is board certified by the American Board of Oral And Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Banker's clinical interests span the scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, with a special focus on dental implantology, dentoalveolar surgery, orthognathic surgery, and outpatient anesthesia. When out of the office, he enjoys golf, tennis, scuba diving, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
