I chose Dr. Barnett because he is known for his eye surgery. My eyes are now lopsided and sad looking. He makes an odd cut at the outside of the eye which may cause this. They are smaller than before and both eyelids still have excess skin. Not sure what happened, but not happy with the result at all. I'd literally rather have my eyes back as they were before. I'm going to another surgeon to attempt to fix.

You can trust you are getting the best with Dr. Barnett.

Don't go to this guy. He's charming. I have seen him for various procedures for thirty five years, beginning with a car crash injury years ago, At that time he was great. Now he isn't. I progressed from car crash injuries to cosmetic surgery. On the latter, I end up lopsided on lipo (stomach, and butt), and now on an eye lift and lower face lift. I' m lopsided. One eye slightly lager than the other, one cheek is falling.

Dr Barnett is an excellent surgeon who pays attention to detail. Him and his staff are phenomenal.

Good with the eyes but be careful. When I initially went in about my eyes, Dr. Barnett quickly focused on my chin and did something different there - took out way too much fat and now I look 30 years older from the chin down - real bad turkey neck. I see it every time I look in the mirror - makes me VERY self conscious. Be careful to tell Dr. Barnett the day before the procedure if you do not wish any students to be involved in the operation (not even to observe!). What he did with me was ask me on the morning of the procedure, after I was already doped up and too out of it... Sometimes I have to wonder if the Asian student was the one who removed too much fat from my neck... I'll never know... Now I have to save up another $10,000 to get this fixed :(

I saw Dr. Barnett Rhinoplasty and Nipple Inversion corrective surgery. I did extensive research, and Dr. Barnett's impeccable record and high ratings, combined with his thoroughness and confidence were what made him my top choice. I also like the fact that Dr. Barnett paints and appreciates art - it made me feel comfortable that I would not turn our plastic-looking! After my consultation, Dr. Barnett discussed the option of Breast Augmentation with me, as implants can correct mild nipple inversion (which I had) but would not eliminate any sensation and also allow me to breast-feed. After much consideration and many discussions with the Doctor, I opted to do the breast augmentation and my god I am so glad I did!!! My breasts look incredibly natural, they are not too big, I have NO scarring (armpit incision), and my nose looks exactly like I wanted it to (though I do have some scar tissue in my nostrils but it's not visible unless you look up my nose). The pre-and post-op care was… amazing, everyone at his facility was wonderful, and I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. Dr. Barnett's expertise and appreciation for quality of life saved me from an unnecessary surgery that would have been the wrong choice. Instead, he changed my life forever!! I also have to say that I am happier with my results than any of the other (5 or 6) friends who have also had this procedure. My breasts look and feel so natural my boyfriend of 6 months couldn't even tell I had implants. He's not stupid - Dr. Barnett is just THAT GOOD. 10 years later, they still look awesome.

Dr Barnett exceeded all my expectations. He is a caring, gentle, and highly skilled surgeon. At our first meeting he showed me with a very simple computer program exactly what my options were and what his surgical plan was. No Glitzy, algorithm driven program. He performed a face lift, neck lift, eyelid lift and earlobe reduction.I experienced no significant post operative pain. There was the anticipated inconvenience of the surgical dressings and need to stay flat on your back for for 24 hours, but there was no significant pain, swelling, or bruising. I am more than pleased with the results. I looked and felt rejuvenated (and still do). I originally selected Dr Barnett because a very close acquaintance of mine had the same experience with him; that is to say an excellent result with very little post operative discomfort, swelling or bruising. The selection of a cosmetic plastic surgeon is a decision you can't really afford to be wrong on. I am most please I had the fortune to be… cared for by Dr Andrew Barnett.
