Arrogant, rude, and not willing to listen to the patient; interrupts often and only wants his "story" heard. Highly insincere and does not accept feedback not criticism of bad practices at one of his offices He belongs with and caters only to patients that are of the same mindset and attitude that he does - the rich, the boastful and the conceited.

Just had plastic surgery after mohs surgery! Dr Burchard is excellent! Very satisfied and would highly recommend him.

Dr. Burchard is one of the best Drs. I have ever been to. I was scared to death going into his office the for the first time, and even more frightened knowing I had to have surgery to biopsy my tongue. He was very caring, and took the time to explain everything to me and did everything possible to help put me at ease. Surgery went well and thankfully there was no cancer. He has followed me very closely since my surgery and I am always confident when I walk out of his office that I am getting the best possible care. I typically go to Boston for most of my medical problems but I have chosen to stay with Dr. Burchard for this, and have absolutely zero regrets. His scheduling is fantastic so I never wait more than 5-10 minutes, his staff is always kind and courteous as well. I recommend Dr. Burchard to anyone I can. Don't hesitate making an appointment with him. He is great.

Please beware of this doctor I went in to have a deviated septum fixed Dr burchard did not see me after the operation know my fiance to tell us how things went on my next visit he wasn't there the second visit still was not there the third visit I had to make a scene to get him to come into the room and explain to me what happened and he told me I was not his only patient I had a crooked nose with no cartilage left in it now it's deemed plastic surgery I had to go to Tufts University and see Dr Lee who is a wonderful doctor to have my nose fixed please please think twice before letting this man touch your face or any part of you very arrogant very rude and I also noticed that he got himself a nose job by a competent doctor before my operation please do your homework and do not let this man touch your face do your homework like I should have

The past two years I have had to have MOHS surgery on my face. These past years have been very upsetting. Dr. Burchard did the reconstruction on both surgeries and had done a fantastic job. The first one healed in weeks and nobody could ever tell 3/4 of my nose was removed. Dr. Burchard performed a miracle and was able to reconstruct it and save my face. He is kind and caring and so easy to talk to. He literally performed a miracle and I am forever grateful. Thank you Dr. - B. Carnevale

At a loss of words. No follow ups from Doctor nor his staff. I would rather not see a Doctor than ever have any dealings with he or his his staff. They are bottom of the barrel when it comes to helping a patient get the much needed attention. There are 1000s of Dr, again do yourself a favor and look for someone else. The staff , scheduling, and his attentitivness to patients is less than zero stars!
