Dr. Andrew Louis Call, MD

Had my visit with Dr Call last week . He was the most caring understanding doctor. Never rushed my time with him. Got to the root of my problem. I was so happy to have met him. Dr Telonis is my primary but I will definitely see Dr Call anytime. He is an asset to this office so I'm glad he's working there.

Dr. Call is a good doctor...if you can ever get in to see him. Super busy office with very few appts available. Very unfriendly woman at the front desk. Scheduling is a nightmare...they have screwed up my last 2 appts and have made me feel like it was my fault when I had the appt card to prove different. The woman was extremely rude and I will NEVER go back. Have heard similar stories from others.

Got rescheduled 3 times before I was able to see dr. - 3 weeks later !!

I love everything about Dr. Call. He is a kind and compassionate man, and a wonderful Doctor. We are enormously blessed to have him in our community!

Had the pleasure of my then one-year-old daughter being one of Dr. Call's very first patients when he began his Alfred, NY practice. Dr. Call consistently over the past 15 years as his patient spent vast amounts of time with my family and I (all patients, including my grandmother and my father). I value how much time he takes to explain everything. He is knowledgeable with an excellent sense of humor for every age. Compassionate and caring, extremely well prepared - Dr. Call has gone above and beyond my expectations for several issues we've presented to him. Now that we've moved to another state, I'm finding the bar he set for his peers is very high. I've yet to find a family physician here that comes close in comparison to Dr. Call. Highly recommend!

why does he not ever be at the cuba office erin frank up and was gone never sent a notice,now another pa. there and it seems like you have to tell them what to do or they seem to play guessing , REALLY? and the office says he dont look at any ones records, we deal with wanna be DRS.if they work under him shouldnt he be concern about how his patients are getting the care they need? i dont understand he name is on there but not involved? i never got my blood test report from last yr thought all was good nope and no one can contact you ? not happy about cuba

Dr Call became my primary physician since he arrived in Alfred, NY. From the start he was genuinely caring and interested in my medical status, and has always allowed me to talk at length concerning my medical needs. We have had great physicians to the Alfred area and Dr. Andrew Call is one of them and is really great to me and my family. Highly recommend him! RR

Dr. Call practices medicine the old fashioned way, he cares about his patients and takes the time to see to it they know what is going on. I don't know how he does it in this day of cuts and shortages but he manages to make every visit a personal one.

Absolutely caring and thorough. He leaves no stone unturned until he gets to an answer. He takes the time to listen and ask questions.Kim, his nurse is very kind and very smart. A dynamic combination.
