Takes his time and never rushes through my appts.. Answers all my questions which he welcomes. Never a long wait in the waiting room, with scheduled appt. Good nurses.

I never feel rushed. He listens and asks me every visit if I have any concerns. Take a list and he will cover each question you have on it. Never had to wait but a few minutes from waiting room. He has a good nurse you can talk to and keeps your records up to date.

Each time I have needed anything, he and his staff have been very prompt and helpful. When I see Dr. Chester, it always seems as if we were talking about my health just a day or two before. Clearly he prepares for each appointment by doing more than a cursory review of the medical record.

We thought an interenst would be more thorough than a regular family doctor. Not the case here. Dr. Chester seems to only attempt to treat symptoms rather than try to find the cause of the problem, especially when the problem persists. His "hit and miss" approach has caused serious health issues in our family. He also did not follow up (explain that there needs to be follow up visits) but just "dropped the ball."

This is one of the worse doctor's I think I've ever seen. His follow-up is terrible as is his diagnostic skills. He just looks at you and mumbles something that has nothing to do with your visit.

He has been my MD for over 10 yrs and I will not stay that long if I am not satisfied with his services. He is kind, has good bedside manners and spends time to explain his findings. He listens and is very accessable when I am so sick and needed to see him right away.

Dr. Chester has a great bedside manner. Is very easy to talk with and has a good sense of humor. He also is very knowledgable in medicine. If you are looking for a doctor that you can have a laymans conversation with, Dr. Chester is the one.
