Dr. Andrew Gar Cheung, DO

I usually don't spend time on reviews. But this time, I have to say something so that other people won't experience the same. She had little interest in my medical history and my concerns, and she seems only cares about what she knows. I was quite bothered and unconfirmable on her communication style since she wasn't willing to really listen. For my condition, I had seen many specialist and I know what options I have, but she kept giving me some wrong information and scaring me that I am going to dye. She referred me to some specialists ( in the same office system) but for some season I happened not to see the referred specialist, then she kicked me out of the clinic. I have never seen any doctors who are financial motivated to demand patients to go to their referrals, it is patients right to see who they want to see. For me, she is not only unprofessional, but purely unethical for her career. I will never come back to her and this office again.

Came into Dr. Andrew Cheung's care only to be met with long waiting times, staff that was scared to talk to him, improper referrals, and overall, a rubbish doctor with a matching attitude. Poor practice all around; stay away!

I made an appointment online for 3:30 and checked in at 3:38. The front desk said the appointment was for 3:00 and they could not take me. The front desk said the doctor is with another patient which seems impossible because that would mean that I was only going to be seen for 8 mins. It sounds like they have issues with their scheduling system.

Made the first appointment with Dr. Andrew to establish care. I reached the doctors office on time for the appointment and was told that the doctor does not want to see me because the staff took time to verify my PCP. Horrible experience and would surely not go to the place where the provider or the staff do not care for patients.

If I could not give him any stars is what he deserves. Don’t waste your time in making an a appointment with him. He makes you suffer and refers you to go buy medicine over the counter. Do a better research in finding a physician that has the experience go first off and cares about you as a patient and wants you to get better soon. He definitely doesn’t care about you. Waist of money careless doctor.
