Dr. Andrew Lawrence Coble, MD

I was admitted to NARMC on Memorial Day weekend, which is always a bad time to be in the ER. Dr. Coble was the doctor on call, and he was compassionate and willing to explain what was happening. I had to have emergency surgery, and following the surgery there were complications due to the amount of time my rupture had been open in my body. Dr. Coble ran tests and did a second surgery to remove the abscesses. He was willing to sit down with me and answer questions until I was satisfied - something that I have rarely to see in modern medical procedures. I would refer anyone to use him as a physician.

Andrew Coble is a resident licensed in georgia as a resident physician which means he can only practice under the supervision of a licensed doctor.My papers I sighned for surgery said no students in the operating room,no students operating on me and not to be used as a teaching tool.As soon as I was under anthesia he removed my gullblader and closed the incesion after a liver resection.I never met him befor the surgery he was a resident at a medical school and I would not have found out except I bought copy of my chart and there it was he operated on me against my written instructions.In the medical profession this is called ghost surgery when someone other than who is suppose to operate on you does in the legal profession there is another name for it.
