I am very confident that Dr. Andrew Cross will do an amazing job with the surgery on my hand. He had an excellent bedside manner. He took all the time I needed and explained everything he would be doing and then gave me a chance to ask all the questions I needed to. He was very professional, knowledgeable of my history and condition of my right hand. Office staff scheduled the date of my surgery before I left my first appointment. I was instructed on all my options, possible adverse effects of treatment (which should always be done), probability of success. Everyone in his office performed their duties in a professional way. Horrible lazy rude unprofessional hard to get the staff to do anything but run thier mouth, hard to listen to massively overweight Staff tell you how to care for yourself when it's evident why they are so lazy. I am a combat veteran I have seen shady health care and I'd rather die at the VA then go this clinic again!
