Dr. Andrew Monroe Cross, MD

Had a good experience, not sure why other patients are complaining.

I saw him for the first time re: abnormal cardiac tests. He did not discuss the tests with me, stated because I had not risk factors it was probably acid reflux. He did not ask about previous health issues that led up to this. I wouldn't take my dog to him!

I wish I had checked these ratings before accepting the appointment with Dr. Cross. I suspect that I had an easy time getting an appointment because others had. Everyone else I met in the office was pleasant and professional, but this guy is an absolute jerk, and seems more interested in scheduling test and collecting fees than anything else. I have a couple of stents from a couple of years ago, but have not been experiencing any symptoms. We have recently moved to this area, so my family physician suggested that I meet with a cardiologist more to get in their system as I have not been experiencing any symptoms and all of my blood work has been OK. This fellow had an EKG done before I could even speak to him, and wanted to schedule a stress test within minutes of walking in the exam room, without reviewing the results of the EKG. It's been a week, and I still don't know if the EKG was OK or not. At any rated he acted like someone had kicked his puppy when I declined his offer to spend… a lot of money on a stress test.Lousy school. Lousy attitude. Lousy performance.Three strikes and he's out!

Dr Cross is a rude, uncaring, donkey's hindend! He came to see my Grandpa in the hospital and acted like he was a god. He took one look at him and acted like because he was 87 yrs old he was just not worth fooling with. He listened to my Grandpa's heart for a milisecond and turned to leave. I stopped him with a question and he acted like I was bothering him. He answered with a snide voice and look of exasperation. I would rather my Grandpa die than ever see this Dr again! No bedside manner, No niceness, No compassion, No caring! If you want to be treated by a Dr who thinks he is a god and blows you off and treates you like you are useless nad a bother then this is the one for you!
