I literally drive 200 miles to see Dr. Dale. He is amazing, loves his patients, is caring and listens. He is not a churn-and-burn office that cares more about numbers and revenue. His practice is focused on solving your issues today, but also developing a plan and being proactive for the future (think preventative medicine). I highly recommend him to your family.

I have been seeing Dr. Dale for a year. I have found him to be very personable, caring, and responsive. His manner of educating /explaining, and treating is thorough and respectful. Likewise, his staff are always friendly, professional, and able to address any issue or question. I highly recommend him to friends and family. My complete health has been improved in partnership with Dr. Dale and his office.

Terrible doctor and staff, rude and utterly disrespectful. Ive been seeing Dr. Dale for a few months now, and almost every experience I've had there has been unpleasant. First off he never gets off his iPad when he is infront of you, he will look at you for 5 seconds and be right back in the iPad. He doesn't listen to you and he rarely touches you to see what the problem is. He will take in about half of what you say and ignore the rest probably due to being stuck in his iPad like a teenage girl. They never return your calls or follow up after a visit, everytime I go there he will tell me he is going to call me and let me know the results, I have never recieved a call. Not once! The two women in the front are rude and never remember to do the things he ask them, such as writing notes or getting you to sign paperwork. Overall this place does not care about the patient or their needs, only money. I will never recommend this doctor to my friends ,and especially not my family.

Wonderful doctor and staff! Our look is finally over for a truly wonderful doctor who cares and listens and also spends time with you! We drive 2 hours to go see him and if we had to would drive further!

So far Dr. Dale has been extremely attentive and does his very best to help you and goes above and beyond to do so. The ladies of the office are also amazing and make you feel very comfortable. Tysvm.

From scheduling the appointment to followup appointment, the staff was funny and friendly and Dr Dale was wonderful. I couldn't recommend a better place to go. I saw that someone else complained about billing but I have never had a problem and hope she had the right place. You have a copay at every appointment so she must not being used to have a co pay or percentage of what insurance doesn't cover. The ladies in the office always call me back and Dr Dale has called me back in the past within a few days for non emergencies. Im sure her review was just a big misunderstanding due to the overwhelming 5 star reviews.
