Dr. Andrew Cornel Daley, MD

Dr. Daley knew I needed my prescription asap, but three and a half hours later it had still not even been called in to my pharmacy. After I called his office from the pharmacy, they only blew me off and did not call it in. When they finally did call it in, they called the wrong number, even though that day I gave them the correct number, name, and address of the pharmacy that I had previously used at his office before! I was the only one in the waiting room for my appointment, but still had to wait an hour to be seen. When I was seen, he said I needed to commit to several tests, X-rays, and blood screenings because he thought it was necessary, when one year ago I had undergone a physical and blood screening that showed no problems. I believe he takes advantage of older patients, which he advertises, he specializes in!

I was seeing a different doctor as my primary and wasn't happy. Fortunately, I wound up in the ER one night (and I know calling a visit to an ER "fortunate" sounds crazy) and asked the extremely competent ER doctor who he would recommend as a primary care physician. He recommended Dr. Daley. I made an appointment with him the next day. His staff was very welcoming both on the phone and in person. My wait time was minimal. Dr. Daley spent a lot of time with me, going over my history and my concerns, and then very carefully gave his opinion and a thoughtful plan of treatment that actually made sense. He didn't leave the room without asking me if I had all my questions and concerns answered. I had. At first, I thought the amount of time he spent with me was because it was a first visit, but that wasn't the case. Dr. Daley always spends this type of time with me. Obviously, he doesn't overbook his practice because I have never had to wait for more than about 10 minutes to get in… to see him. I don't think I ever would have wound up in the ER had Dr. Daley been my doctor at the time. The angels must have been watching out for me, sending me to the ER so I could get his name. Awesome doctor.

Despite multiple calls and voicemails about issues with my medication, I have yet to receive a call back from Dr. Daley (waiting 3 weeks now). Also, despite being the first appointment for the day, I waited 25 minutes past my appointment time and I could hear him chatting socially with his staff. He is a nice guy but this is the complete opposite of patient care.

This Doctor is excellent. He listens, takes his time and explains thoroughly. Great bedside manner and seems genuinely interested. Unfortunately, calling to get a prescription refilled is a nightmare. The person who's responsible for that never answers the phone and doesn't call back. They really need a dedicated person to just deal with prescription issues. Otherwise, I highly recommend Dr. Daley. If he can fix that issue (which seems to be a recurring theme), it'll be a great office!

I’ve been reading my medical rights. I go for my appointment, lousy managment, wrong dosage, or no meds doesn’t communicate on phone mediocre employed,to be busy, horrible financial management. Front desk ok. They just follow orders. The Medical manager told me to call or leave a message billing, because it’s up to me. I only heard of that woman once. I was willing to pay and do something nice for the doctor. Called the police twice, for disturbing the peace for not been able to njjjjjjspeak to my doctor over 13 years at this practice in Brandon and giving a lunch to the doctor 2nd call because I was waiting indmin the parking lot. And I this is not how you treat cliners. Better offices out in Brandon, keep me informed, and they are kinder and flexible. All this inconvenience for nothing but a waste of energy, productivity, and resources. Nothing better to do to give people more health problems.

Can't honestly remember in my adult life that I have had a more caring, thorough and knowledgeable Doctor. Dr. Daley takes time to be sure that I completely understand any "issues" and allows me to ask any questions to the point that by the time I leave his office I feel confident and assured that I getting the proper attention and directives.

I waited 1:40 minutes after my appointment time and was so upset by the time I did see the doctor I told him I thought I was having a nervous breakdown he never check my ears breathing or throat he never even touched me that night I had a stroke
