Dr. Andrew Ryan Davis, MD

This doctor allowed for a woman experiencing miscarriage to die instead of providing emergency care to her. He swore an oath to "do no harm" and he failed. He falsified documentation to make it look like her bleeding was "minimal" and she was not in grave danger as a means to justify his lack of action.

"This dr is only concerned about himself. He let a woman experiencing a loss bleed to death rather than save her life because he was worried about scrutiny. Two kids — ages 3 and 5 - are left without a mother. He should be stripped of his medical license and go to jail."

YOU DO NOT DESERVE TO BE A DOCTOR! You failed Porsha and countless others.

I have actually had Dr Davis as a patient, unlike these other reviews. He’s a class act and took good care of me.

Would leave one star if possible. You fabricated stories of decreased bleeding didn’t perform the proper tests moved the patient to a less urgent part of the hospital and didn’t properly explain what a D&C would entail. Patient’s death is on your hands.

You let that woman die!!! You knew she needed a D&C and you LET HER BLEED OUT! This is absolutely unacceptable and I hope you lose your license to practice medicine.

Imagine just letting someone bleed out instead of doing your job. Justice for Porsha, remove this man from practice ENTIRELY.

Davis is an incompetent OB who allowed a mother of two to bleed out and die in an emergency situation rather than providing the standard of care for an early miscarriage which involved significant bleeding. Review of the case by over a dozen OB physicians and medical school professors concludes Davis failed to provide standard of care and allowed his patient to die He also lied in his documentation, trying to cover up his negligence. This doctor and Methodist Health system in Houston pose a grave threat to the lives of pregnant patients who experience any emergencies. Dr. Davis allowed Porsha Ngumezi to bleed to death in his emergency room after refusing to give her necessary medical treatment, because it involved her uterus. He is clearly not a doctor that can be trusted to treat his patients appropriately, nor give them the emergent medical care they need at the time of visit. He will allow you to bleed out for four hours until you die.
