Wilcox Drive Sierra Vista, AZ 85635 Phone: (520) 458-0960 Location Map www.tucsonperiodontist.com Dr. Andrew Deeb is a native Tucsonan and has been practicing periodontics in Tucson since 2002.  He graduated in 1999 from Oregon Health Sciences University School of Dentistry in Portland, Oregon.  He later received his certificate in periodontal surgery and a Master’s Degree in Oral Biology from the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry in 2002.  Dr. Deeb received his Board Certification from the American Board of Periodontology in 2003.  Professional affiliates include the American Academy of Periodontics, American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association, and Pima Dental Study Club.  Andrew is a proud husband and the father of two sons.  His family enjoys spending their free time snow skiing in the winter and swimming in the summer. Dr. Deeb’s private practice is limited to …periodontal surgery including:  periodontal flap surgery, non-surgical periodontal therapy, soft tissue grafting, bone grafting, dental implants, extractions, and IV sedation.  His practice philosophy is to provide patients the highest quality periodontal treatment to improve and maintain oral health. Patients often ask, “What is periodontal disease or gum disease?”  Periodontal disease is an infection that destroys the gum tissue and bone supporting the teeth.  If gum disease is not treated, it may lead to tooth loss.  Periodontal treatment can give patients the option of saving their natural teeth instead of extraction.  Periodontal treatment can also repair damage that has occurred to the tissue, bone, and teeth.
