Dr. Andrew Diller, MD

My wife had UTI which was confirmed when she visited Dr. Driller on a Thursday. She was allergic to Ceclor and without checking her MyChart, prescribed Bactrim which the chart had noted her body had developed a resistance to. He told her the lab results would be back Monday. On Monday, the results showed she had a serious infection and needed antibiotic intravenously immediately. She was told that he could not do it in the office. She could not walk. Instead of the doctor admitting her to the hospital, she waited for the intravenous to be done at home. The Doctor knew the UTI was serious. So her husband pleaded with Anthem to get her treatment at home which they did. Unbeknownst to her, she had other medical issues that had she been admitted could have been discovered resulting in saving her life. She died 6 days later. Tragic and possibly avoidable.

I don’t know how anyone could ask for more. Short wait time, listens and does a good job prescribing.

I find Dr. Diller to be totally professional, a great listener and an excellent practioner. His staff is awesome also.
