I would rate my experience 2 out of 5. In May 2024, I underwent a prostate artery embolization (PAE) procedure for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) at Alate Health in Houston. While I initially hoped the procedure would provide lasting relief, my symptoms gradually returned and, within a year, were as severe as they had been before treatment. My recurring symptoms included a weak urinary stream, difficulty initiating urination, intermittent flow, dribbling at the end of urination, a persistent sensation of incomplete bladder emptying, and urinary frequency of up to 20 times per day. Given the significant expense of the pre-procedure testing and the discomfort associated with the procedure itself, the results were disappointing. Based on my personal experience, the procedure required considerable time, effort, discomfort, and financial investment, yet provided little to no long-term benefit. While others may have different outcomes, I did not achieve the lasting symptom… relief I was led to expect.

Did not see the doctor. Had an ultrasound Loved the technician!!

Andrew Doe wouldn’t know a cat turd from a bowling ball. Treat the patient not a damn piece of paper. We are HUMAN beings who deserve the care for the job you signed up for. DO NO HARM. you’re content in doing the half arse minimal you can to charge an insurance. In his opinion a 10 x 6 x2 cm seroma for 3 months of pain is nothing. I maybe he will get one on his rear end!!

I saw Dr Doe for a varicose vein / pain in my left leg ( l had neither varicose vein nor pain in my right leg ) After ultrasound, he told me I had venous insufficiency and I had to do two vein ablation on my left leg and two on my right leg … even though I didn’t have any symptoms on the right leg ! After four painful vein ablations and six ultrasounds and several office visits , I still have varicose vein on my left leg and a lot of issues on my right leg ! Doctor Doe wants to do another vein ablation on my right leg, to fix the issues that I have on that leg … no thank you ! Vein ablation is a painful procedure, do your research before you do it !

And had a great result. My period is so much better now. Dr doe is kind, attentive and is the best at what he does!

I had a UFE., most painful procedure ever! More pain that natural childbirth. The staff did not make it any better! Bad decision.

my husband went to this doctor for a procedure and after the procedure he had lost all feeling in his leg, he ended up having his leg amputated! Beware of this.
