This was my first visit for tooth pain. The staff were lovely, the Dentist not so much. I left feeling very uncomfortable. The bigger issue is trying to get money back. I was given a treatment plan for my dental services, after reviewing it, I asked for changes to be made and a refund of the deposit I had paid less than an hour ago. My wishes were ignored and to date no refund has been given although they agreed to it. I have zero issue paying for service rendered, however refusing to refund money where services have not been rendered is criminal and unethical. Now I am out $481, filling a legal complaint and asking this office to do the right thing.

Best dentist I have ever seen. Gental, caring, and all around awesome. Great staff too. Professional and not rude like other medical staff. Go check them out.
