Dr. Andrew Erik Edin, MD

Dr. Edin treated my 19 year old college daughter with total disrespect. What he diagosed her with he stated.."I beleive this is what the problem is". Excuse me, you believe, what about some tests? She left his office with many questions he was not interested in answering, and with a concern about the medicine he prescribed. He acted like she was wasting his time. 30 hours after her visit, she put in a call to him about how sick she had gotten from the medication and she was getting worse. He called back 6 hours later and would not listen to her, continued to talk over her and basically told her to "buck up". She continued to feel worse and worse. I told her to go to Urgent care. The doctor there actually listened to her, and treated her with care and respect. He treated her for what she actually had, relieved some of her pain, and gave her a different prescription. Now the next morning, she is feeling better already. Dr. Edin needs to treat these young adults with… respect, learn to listen to them. If you are at that point in your life that you don't have the patience or you lack respect for the younger generation, you need to move on and not endanger kids health because you just don't feel like dealing with it.
