Horrible costumer service!!! I was 20 minuets late and they did not want to take my New Born at all! It was her first shots and after I explain to the manager the reason I was late 30 minuet unexpected traffic time and that I took the day off from work which was not easy to do she still did not want to accommodate me for the day. I understand that being on time is important but sometimes things happen that are out of your control. On my first appointment they made me wait 30-45 minuets I did not thought it would be a very big deal. They could’ve given me at least a warning before shutting me down!! At the end I think all professional facilities should help their patients and give them great costumer service. Very disappointed because I really liked the Doctot!

so listen I usually go to the Norwalk office but today there were no longer taking patients , so I took him to the Lynwood office, OMG worst thing ever. place is filthy like to the max, the front desk girl didn't give me a hard time but the one Mexican old lady the could hardly speak English, she was so rude. no smiles towards me or my kids and was just not plesent to look at.

I really love this place!:) they just moved from that not so nice office to a new and better building.. The staff is nice to me at least.. Maybe because I'm not rude to them and the waiting time has always been less than 1 hour including the time I spend with the doctor.. I don't live in Norwalk but won't trade dr florentino or the staff:) I've been going since my first son was born 7 yrs ago :) good luck !

this is the worst drs office i have ever been to the staff is rude and speak to everyone in spanish i speak english my kids never saw the dr only the PA the waiting room is small and dirty it dosent look sanitized at all sick and well kids share the same waiting room they have food in the same fridge they keep the vaccines in overall not recommended at all

Every time I went to this office,the doctor was never there. The staff at times can be rude. The parking at times Sucks. If you are a type of person that wants "The Doctor" to see your child, not a recommendable office to attend.
