Dr. Andrew Paul Francella, MD

I visited Dr Francella two weeks ago and I have not been able to receive my prescription. The pharmicist is telling me that it needs to be authorized by the Doctor. I have called Dr Francella's Office to authorize the prescription multiple times. They promised to call me back and have not done so.

Dr. Francela is difficult to communicate with. He's fine when you're there, but doesn't respond to important questions. His excuse is that he's too busy doing procedures. Not my kind of doctor.

Worst experience ever, impossible to get a call back on ultrasound results (which he said was urgent). I must of tried to reach his nurse ten times over one week. Then did blood tests, two weeks impossible to reach. I was told finally by an answering service in Charlotte that results mailed to my house. Not even a follow up call. The joke is he says to you when you see him, that we should ask to speak to him. He is never ever available and nor is his nurse. Stay away. Isaac L

When you call office you have to leave a message with the call center your call is not returned until 24 hrs later Nurse abrupt I would not recommend this dr. In an emergency it is impossible to get to dr.

Dr Francella was not thorough in reviewing my lab work and misdiagnosed my illness. I would not recommend him.
