I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Dr Gaut throughout my thyroidectomy journey. From the very first consultation to post-operative follow-ups, his level of care, professionalism, and genuine compassion was exceptional. Before surgery, he took the time to thoroughly explain every detail of the procedure, patiently answering all my questions and making sure I felt informed and comfortable. That level of transparency and reassurance made a stressful situation much easier to face. On the day of the surgery, I felt completely confident in his expertise. Everything was handled with precision and care, and the outcome exceeded my expectations even though my thyroid was very generous and surgery was a longer than normal. It was clear I was in the hands of someone highly skilled and deeply committed to their patients. What truly sets this doctor apart is the follow-up care. After the thyroidectomy, he continued to check in, monitor my recovery closely, and address… even the smallest concerns with attentiveness and respect. I never once felt rushed or overlooked. If anyone is looking for a doctor who combines outstanding surgical skill with compassion, communication, and dedication, I definitely recommend Dr Gaut. He sure made a anxious experience feel manageable and supported me every step of the way.

He was the rudest, most inconsiderate doctor I have ever been to for medical care. Acted as if it was all my fault something went wrong. Almost ended up with medical PTSD. Wouldn't recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Gaut is an outstanding physician. I recently underwent a septoplasty procedure with Dr. Gaut. I experienced minimal nose bleeding. There was negligible pain and no external bruising. He was attentive and concerned with my welfare. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone.

I didn't know that ENT Drs did thyroid surgery but they do. My thyroid doctor sent me to him to get my thyroid out because of the size. I had no problems and went home the next day.
