The receptionist and woman that performed the EEG were very kind & explained everything to me in detail. Dr. Gin & his wife, Lisa, were the complete opposite although Lisa did advise me on how to move forward with Indian Health Services which is helpful. I had a seizure in August & had disclosed I smoke medical mj. All of my concerns were ignored & everything was blamed on my mj usage. Lisa exclaimed “you don’t do that often, do you?” & told me that I could die if I keep smoking b/c it is “laced with fentanyl” which is not factual. Dr. Gin pushed the same agenda & shamed me my whole visit. I didn’t dispute any of their claims, but simply requested that we discuss my EEG results as I was hoping for help, not discussion of my mj usage which I’d have been receptive to if I was provided literature on the negative effects & even assistance on how to quit. I explained I have C-PTSD, high stress, possible fibromyalgia, & endometriosis which can cause seizures as well. This was ignored & met… with sarcasm. My profession was brought up & Dr. Gin stated “you and I are smart people, right? We could come out with a new product & tell people it’s good & they would buy it. Do they ever tell you? ‘this product is on sell because it’s bad’, no, they tell you it’s all good” in regards to dispensaries. This discussion was not welcome on my end & I made it very clear it made me uncomfortable. When I asked if I could please discuss my results, Dr. Gin replied “it’s okay” to which I stated “the EEG is okay?” & he said “yup. It’s okay” & walked me out. I feel like I was very respectful although I did advocate for myself. I waited over 3 months for this appointment & all I got was disrespect & likely, a high bill. They provided the service I was referred to them for, but nothing else.. I left the office trying not to cry as I have been looking forward to finding answers & left with a negative stigma & bias pushed on me. Very unprofessional! I’m unsure why I was treated like this & it makes me feel unsafe to provide my personal medical history with them.

I have been seeing Dr. Gin for about 11 years for my Migraines and he has done an excellent job of working with me to help maintain control of them, which is a difficult job given my other medical issues. He is a very caring doctor who always takes the time to listen to me to make sure there hasn't been a change in my condition. With the change of the Coronavirus, he made sure that his staff wore masks when checking patients in, and he wore a mask when he came in to due my Botox injections. Dr. Gin is always concerned with cleanliness, as he doesn't want me to get infected at any of the injection sites. By far one of the better Neurologists I have seen in my 61 years!

He diagnosed me with Parkinson’s 11 years ago and although there is no known cure, he has worked very hard to control my symptoms of this disease.

Doctor Gin will take the time to discuss my condition with me and not try to rush me out of his office. He and his staff listen to my concerns even if they’re not directly related to my issues and seem genuinely interested in my health and well being.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gin for 8 years now dealing with Grand mal Seizures. Dr. Gin has been nothing but helpful and addressing my situation and helping me get on the road to a seizure free life.

Dr. Gin has been my Dr for about 3 years and he is very caring and kind. He truly cares about me and my health and how I feel. Dr Gin and his staff were so holistically concerned about my son and his seizures. The were understanding and explained all the pro and cons on seizure medications. He attended him quickly and thoroughly. The staff showed compassion and got him in earlier. I felt we left with all questions answered and was not rushed to get in and out. He restored my faith in doctors and would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone. I will return for the checkup and thank god we were referred to him by a friend. Dr Gin and his staff are friendly and caring! Been seeing him for years, his staff is extra personable, which you don't find very often these days! They even answer their own phone, no voice recording and punch a number! Love them!

He's rude, condescending and would rather argue with you to show you he's always right (neuros dx wrong so many times lol).
