Dr. Andrew Richard Gould, MD

One of the best medical appointments I have had in years. Took me back right on time. Saw Dr. Gould shortly after that. Hr was very thorough and very personable. Could not have had a better experience with everyone I encountered.

Our visit was nice and easy, they listened to my concerns and were able to come up with a game plan.

I seeked out this doctor because of new techniques he has. After a sleep endoscopy I had a follow up appointment with his nurse. I had explained that I had intense suicidal feelings when not being able to breathe through my nose. I did not get to see the doctor in person after my sleep endoscopy. His nurse Grace told me that I did not qualify for any of the new procedures. And that I would need to be ready for weeks of intense pain in my face and not being able to breathe through my nose. That worsened my fear and a year and a half later I am still suffering and still fearful to have anything done. And still dealing with those feelings.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gould’s for two years. A sudden, serious complication of a cold / infection brought me to him. He alone understood what was going on, listened, and informed me of my options. With his ongoing care, I’m getting better; now light years away from the initial weeks and months after becoming ill. Dr. Gould is patient, knowledgeable and a consummate professional. If a serious life-changing illness comes literally out of nowhere, you would want someone of Dr. Gould’s caliber on your side.

He probed causing pain with no warning. He then quickly wrote a “wrong”prescription with instructions to take for 3 weeks but he only wrote prescription with quantity for 2 weeks This was going into a holiday when I told him I was going on a 2 week vacation. The pharmacy would not write preacription becaue of jis mistake. Instead of listening to and understanding the issue, his office turnwd me over to a collection agency. His office takes profit over patient care. Terrible.

Hour plus wait and then he rushes through visits Prescribes medication and does not explain benefits or how to use medication properly. Not fully understanding patients needs/discomfort

This was the best experience I have had with a doctor's office staff. Dr. Gould was great and did a fantastic job explaining my condition prognosis. His staff made me comfortable and welcome and I will definitely continue using his services.

Whenever I visit Dr Gould's office, I always leave feeling confident about the care he has provided. He truly listens to everything you say and provides helpful feedback. He speaks with you in a professional and conversational tone and is not dismissive nor condescending. He also seems to be respectful and open to alternative medicine and therapies.

Dr. Gould is warm, compassionate, kind, intelligent. He is eager to brainstorm and eager to troubleshoot. It is one of the rare times I have felt human in a doctor's office. I highly recommend him. He is with the Advanced ENT and Allergy practice. They have many locations.

I went to Dr Gould for a second opinion. I was surprised (pleasantly) by the way the entire staff (and Dr Gould) received and treated me. Dr Gould listened to my concerns, addressed them and gave me answers that I didn't get from my old ENT. I now have switched from my old ENT of 22 years, to Dr Gould's office. The genuine care and compassion I received from Dr Gould and his staff, was not a priority with my old ENT. I'm glad I followed my instincts and went for a second opinion.
