Amazing. After seeing a different doctor Friday, who left us with no answers and no way to tie over the care we needed to make it theough the weekend, until we could see the GI doctor, we had to come back tonight for the same issues. Dr. Grucza was wonderful!! Explained everything we questioned and gave us answer and follow up recommendations with a doctor who can see us soon.

Treated by Dr Grucza in emergency room today. Very understanding and explained my condition and my concerns so I was comfortable and felt reassured.

I had no choice in the physician I saw upon my arrival at the hospital for appendicitis. He was out of network for my insurance company (a large national carrier) and, after being paid the customary amount, has continued to seek additional payment from me, to the point of threats. Northside should review their contract with him and his group.

This doctor seemed to be more about administering test that he and his staff even admitted didnt typically work, just to run up charges after being told I was not in a financial situation to have unnecessary procedures. Once I received the bill from Envision Physician Services, I reached out to ask for assistance, which EVERY other party involved provided, they refused and suggested I file for hardship through the hospital. It's sad that this doctor and Envision seem to only care about their money and not their patients. If possible, ask for another doctor if you have to be seen at Northside
