Dr. Andrew James Head, MD

Very inferior experiences with Dr Andrew Head. I do not recommend.

Dr. Head has been my rheumatologist for approx. 9 years. He is extremely thorough, kind and very intelligent. I feel very lucky that I was able to be seen in this office.

I am very happy with Dr Andrew Head. He is a very compassionate and knowledgable Doctor. He is on the quieter side. He is very kind and willing to work closely to help get my RA managed well. I am very happy with this Doctor.

Dr. Head is friendly and companionate about his field. He listens to my concerns and answers all of my questions when I come to his office.

Dr, Head was fine. His staff was the poorest I've ever encountered at communicating. The nurse left out important facts and didn't return a phone call, and the office manager didn't bother to reply when I left a message complaining about that.

Dr. Head is very kind, calm, and supportive of what will help you most with your condition, with the utmost professionalism. He is very low pressure, gentle, and will write what is needed in support of other services, including excellent support for SSI needs, in a very complete, clear, and advantageous way.. Spends very good time with patients, in a very non rushed way. I love this doctor.

I don't believe Dr head or nurse,staff was behind letting this person go, after losing job and insurance and just asking for a refill. If you have problems at this office I believe it is from the dr that thinks he can order the other drs around because he started the business or group of doctors whatever you want to call it. Dr Martin., he is a good dr until you don't want to do the meds he wants you to do, then he wants you out, he does NOT respect your decisions period.

Great experience.. very kind, knowledgeable, on the quiet side, recommend highly.

I was a patient of Dr. Heads for over 6 yrs i lost my job and my insurance and I called his office one day to get a refill of my medicines and his nurse said in no uncertain terms that they would not see me anymore and that i need to contact my family dr. for refills i felt so betrayed for 6 yrs every three months I saw this dr. and now that i have nothing he will not see me. I put all my trust into him and his nurse and was i in for a disappointment.. So sad that there is not a dr out there that really has the patients own interest at heart..
