Dr Holt and his staff are a fantastic team. Prior to my procedure each of them individually came and visited me in post op to introduce themselves and answer any questions or concerns I might have. Then after the procedure, Dr Holt visited me in recovery to update me on the outcome and any next steps. That is outstanding health and wellness care!

Dr Holt and his staff are phenomenally nice, compassionate, thorough and take the time to explain as much as they could. Also, my colonoscopy done in Feb 2022 went super well and I experienced no problems afterwards. Thank you so very much, Dr Holt!

Dr Holt has been my GI doctor for about 10 years. He has always been a compassionate and caring doctor and has consistently gone the extra mile for me. He is very patient and answers all your questions. He is an excellent doctor.

Dr. Holt truly has compassion towards his patients I was especially impressed whenever he called me on a Saturday to review some of my test results. He even took the time to answer my questions as well as making certain that he prescribed me affordable prescriptions for my medically conditions. I hope Dr. Anita Steephen will learn to be kind to her patients because my first experience with her was horrible she's extremely rude and she doesn't seem to be genuinely concerned about certain people's well-being!!! Hopefully I will never have her for my medical caretaker.

I was referred to this doctor by a specialist and though he is thorough, and very knowledgeable, his beside manner is severely lacking and his office staff is rude and concerned about the billing only. As I waited in the waiting room, there were several other patients exhibiting the same concerns and frustrations that I feel now with how their experience is with this office staff.
