Dr. Andrew Y Hsing, MD

I have an older friend who is a patient of Dr. Hsing. She's been seeing him for 5 years now. He literally screams at her, he denies aiding her in newer, better choices for her sleep apnea. She told him her 'new' machine didn't hold enough water to make it through the night. He acted like she was lying. She told him she was unable to get the correct parts that fit both her and the 'new' machine. He pulled up the company's order book, then he started yelling at her. Her quote to me is "He scares the holy **** out of me." Who would want to see a doctor that treated a patient like that. He had a telemed appt set up for the next day. Again he was rude to my friend. "He seems to think that telling me to be quiet is a working solution for us".

Office staff left early, so I couldn't get my important questions answered. Very unprofessional.

knowledgeable, thoroughly explained my situation and treatment options to include the Inspire device, answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Office is busy and wait list to see him is a little long but worth the wait!

I don’t think he has much knowledge of the Inspire for sleep apnea. He over talked on me when I was asking questions and he gave answers that the Inspire rep corrected him .

I have been seeing Dr. Hsing for several years and I find him to be thorough, helpful and very respectful.
