DO NOT SEE HIM! Look at the NC Dental Board for past complaints. The reprimand from 4-15-13 was my (now deceased) daughter's case. He severed her lingual nerve. It was surgically repaired at VCU; however, due to his negligence the repair was outside the window of time for complete success. I feel strongly that he has had so many complaints and NC Dental Board incidents that he should no longer be allowed to practice. Take a few minutes to review his disciplinary actions from the board....there are several with serious negative outcomes. Shame on our dental board!

One of the few dentists I have been to who seems to care about his patients and listens to address their dental concerns. His experience shows in the quality of his work. What started out as a visit for an implant has transitioned to my designating Dr. Kelly for all my general dentistry needs.

I have been in health care for over thirty years, during that time I have been in many offices, Dr Kelly's ranks with the top for staff. The staff is helpful, smiling and treat you like they are happy to see you. I have worn complete dentures for several years and have had three sets made by Sexton Dental Clinic. Those dentures were OK and functional, however the lower never fit tight. I was told from the start that lower plates fit loose. The lower plate was so loose that I had to take denture adhesive to meals to insure the plate would stay in place while I eat. Dr Kelly preformed a mini implant procedure putting four studs to attach the lower dentures. The procedure went well and I have not used adhesive on the lower dentures since. The dentures are comfortable and fit very tight. My upper plate is still the one I had made by Sexton Dental and it still fits well. Dr Kelly did a good job of matching the uppers and lowers. I am now considering having the… mini implants for the upper plate as well. Would I recommend this procedures to others - YES. The comfort and end result is better than I expected.

BEWARE of Dr. Andrew Kelly! Dr. Andrew Kelly is absolutely incompetent. Dr. Andrew Kelly did an improper root canal on me that later had to be painfully removed (it took three visits) and replaced by a specialist. Insurance would not cover the $4,000 this repair cost and dr. Andrew Kelly refused to cover it so I ended up having to pay to $4,000 to fix his shoddy work. Thankfully the NC Board of Dental Examiners has suspended his license, made him go back to school (repeatedly!) and fined him but he's still out there preying on people.

He is such a sweet person. Don't listen to the crazy people trying to bring him down. He cares about you and your needs. To 1 grumpy person who had a hissy fit there, there are 100 people who love him. He does awesome work and is the best dentist I've ever had!!

I have had experiences with many dentists due to living in various parts of the country, and Dr. Kelly is one of the best. I have always had a fear of dentists, however, Dr. Kelly and his staff put me at ease with any procedure that has been done. I trust his expertise and his advice, and will continue to allow him to be my dentist of choice. His office has the latest technology, and his staff is proficient in handling insurance claims.

My previous dentist in Clemmons messed up my implants. Thank god I found Dr Andrew Kelly. He not only fixed my teeth but now I can eat whatever I want. Now I bring my whole family here. THANK YOU DR KELLY! :)
