Bugged out doctor that can't stand still but has a waiting time for over an hour. Witnessed him fighting with an elderly patient because they were complaining about the wait. One visit, and I can tell he shows no empathy, doesn't care about his staff and patients.

this is the worst doctor i have ever seen before, no patient at all!! plus, he is so rude! i had to take immigration exam there, really bad! chose another one if you can.

Dr Andrew Kim is a sympathetic and compassionate Doctor. He's always very professional and helpful. Dr Kim takes the time that is necessary with each patient. I recommend him without reservation.

1. The doctor and the staff looked like the poeple who only think about money. 2. They reported result of the blood test too late and didn't keep the promiss to call back. so I change the doctor!! 3. The doctor misdiagnosed. He was certain I have asthma. when I asked him if there are other possibilities but Other doctor strongly assured me that I had asthma. After doing breathing test with a different doctor, I don't have asthma but esophagal inflammation.

Dr kim is really nice! He would listen to you and solve your health issue

Today, I went to this clinic for a copy of my lab test that was done in this clinic back in 2010. After knowing that I have changed to a different health provider, the receptionist, who is an old Korean women, became very rude. She let me wait there for an hour before telling me she was busy and did not have time to retrieve my record. She then asked me to go after three. I went there in the afternoon. She took my ID but came back only in ONE minute saying that she cannot find my record. She even denied that I was ever a patient of this office. I guess she either did not even go to find my records or they have simply discarded my records. Her contempt attitudes and her deliberately creating obstacles for patients strongly violate the integrity and passion that a health care staff should have!!!!! According to the NY Health department, healthcare providers must keep patient's medical records for at lease 6 years. So, I am going to take some legal action and bring this clinic to… attention for their bad practice.

amazing services. they go out of their way to accomodate you. home visiting was done on me. doctor is literally accesible to the patients 24 hour a day. his business card has his cell phone number.

Agree with other review, staff and practice of medicine as a business amazingly poor and possibly disservice to the level of the doctor.

The most horrible staff in the world. I have never dealt with a staff this rude and nasty ever. Trying to obtain a referral and the staff kept hanging up on me and wouldn't help in any way at all. Very unprofessional!!Based on the staff alone I would not see this doctor. If you want to be treated like you don't matter then go to this office.

Attentive, astute, excellent listener, excellent bedside manner. Really caring. Highly recommend. Have gone to him for nearly 20 years.
