Dr Klann is an incredible doctor. I couldn't imagine having a different primary. We enjoy his humor. My daughter feels open to talk to him about concerns and that puts us at ease that we know he cares and is incredibly knowledgeable about so many about new treatments. I have been going to him for many years and he is a great doctor and listens to what I have to say. He never forces me to take meds or do what I am not comfortable doing.

My insurance company recommended I have a prostate exam. I was felt very vulnerable due to the nature of this exam. Dr. Klann told me to "drop my drawers" and bend over the table; then he instructed, "Oh, you're gonna have to bend further than that." He forcibly shoved his finger in me which subsequently caused some bleeding later that evening. When he was finished he tossed me a box of tissues and told me to "clean myself up". I felt completely demoralized and humiliated. I immediately changed him as my PCP as soon as I left the exam room. I also had to argue with him about my course of treatment, he did not seem to respect my opinion.
