Dr. Andrew Berk Kopstein, MD

Dr Kopstein has all the qualities you want in a doctor ! He is incredibly knowledgeable, his expertise is at the top of his fields, he is compassionate and sensitive, and he and his entire team took great care from start to finish. I have recommended him to several of my friends and family and they have all been delighted.

When things were going well prior to and after cataract surgery, I would've given Dr Kopstein 4 stars, drawback being the lack of explanation of actual costs and recovery time frame. Since my eyesight is nowhere near the level initially described, I've had numerous visits and tests. I now realize what I had been told, verbally, by Dr Kopstein, was not what I was to get but options, at additional costs, if I wanted to have the eyesight he predicted. VERY disappointed!

I CONSIDER GOOD TO BE OVER THE TOP IN SERVICES, FAR EXCEEDS NORMAL EXPECTATIONS, REALLY WONDERFUL AND I RARELY GIVE THEM.

I saw Dr Kopstein last month for the first time. His staff was very polite and courteous. One gal asked if she could get me a cup of coffee. Front office is bright and always smiling, also willing to help in any way. Once I saw Dr Kopstein I realized why the office was so great. Dr Kopstein has a great bedside manner, went through exactly what he would do for the cataract surgery in detail. After the appointment I was walked out by yet another very nice person who asked if I needed anything before leaving. I felt like this was old fashion care. I I was treated as a person not a number. Would recommend this office to anyone and everyone!

waited over 2 hours. first cataract surgery failed within 3 months. only saw eye Dr. at first visit. staff overworked and not helpful. finding a new eye doctor.

First visit they were very nice, second visit totally different!! Staff is like whatever to you and you hear them talk about other patients who are in the back!! Unprofessional and felt like a number in line to get done and out!! Finding another Dr for future visits!!

To start, this place needs a complete make over. Building is old and dingy, saw rat traps ( scary ) Bathroom toilet would not flush, and I would never touch the coffee station after watching 3 elderly people sneeze and cough all over the cups...Now, about the service. I waited so long, I just watched the office personnel. Their staffing is overworked and it started to make sense why I was waiting so long. No manager to run the show. I am changing docs...not enough brains at this office.

Drove my grandfather to this doc for his appointment. They were over 2 hours behind. The place was complete chaos. When my grandfather saw the doctor, he was very condescending towards him. He does not have respect for elderly people at all. He was winking or signaling to his staff member to ignore concerns my grandfather had. Taking grandpa elsewhere next time.

I felt like he was trying to see too many people at one time. The bathrooms were dirty and didn't work right. The waitingroom had dirty cups all over the place. The phones rang and rang there was only a few people working. This office is under staffed and the poor girls are over worked.

The wait was forever! I felt like I was being taken somewhere every 45 min, but never seemed to get anywhere. My hour for the appointment turned to 2.5 hours. He needs to keep his appointments closer to the actual time. I know there are things we can not control, but it seems like the same problem when I go here...Looking for new doc, my time is not important to this guy.
