I have been a patient at Altamonte Family Practice for over twenty years and Am so grateful for Dr. Krupitsky 's and every Healthcare person that has Cared for me .I am a senior woman and trust in their professional medical care.

Just Awful

This office poorly handles its patients and its practice. I originally started by having Dr. Krupitski as my doctor and he always took care of my situation. Back in June, he started a med vip program and since then this office has gone downhill. His VIP Program tries to charge patients 129$ per month just to be on his practice on top of any office visits and fees. He had all of his patients that refused to sign up moved to a hatchjob of a doctor Margitus. She started off by refusing to fill medications the same way the previous doctor did, and eventually trying to refer people to clinics that have a 500$ initial visit pay. I finally asked for my medical transcripts a month ago, and was told they'd call me when they are ready. A month goes by and I do not hear anything and its time to fill one of my normal medications and they simply make me go cold turkey and said I should have another doctor when they FAILED to provide my medical transcripts to find another doctor. If you value… your health, I suggest you stay away from Altamonte Family Practice.. They have turned into a money hungry office that doesn't care for patients at all.

i was seen by the nurse pract. the doctors are GOOD, the office staff are nasty,careless and with a nasty attitude as if they are doing you a favor and not eating out of your paymnets. been a pacient of Dr k for over 15 years but can't take any more nastyness from secretaries

Avoid going at all cost going to this office. They cancel on you last minute and they will not take if you are 16 minutes late. Customer service stinks and the front desk attendance have not compassion for their patients. Thank God there is plenty competition that are willing to provide high quality medical care! Altamonte Family Practice is a well reputable practice. I have been a patient there for over 16 years. I have received nothing but the best medical care out there and he is one of few that are still in private practice and not part of Florida Hospital. Are there times when I may have to wait longer? Yes but it's worth the wait. Have you been to other offices? Yeah you wait! Whoever I see in the office takes as much time with me as the next person. I never feel rushed. These negative reviews that are posted are just from miserable people who you can't please. It's unfair to the practice. As for the staff, never had a problem, always very helpful.

Never in my life have I encountered such an unprofessional physician staff. The girls at the front desk are often seen eating at their desk, will make me wait on them to have their casual conversations regarding personal matters, the attitude of one of the front staff is so abrupt and down right rude to me upon checking in that I wanted to check out and never return again. I plan on finding my family a more professional physician office next month as the turnover in that office speaks volumes. When asked to speak with the office manager which I have asked for on several occasions she is always out of the office and doesn't return calls to patient's wanting to voice a concern. The doctor was friendly and appears to practice good medicine unfortunately his selection in office staff leaves too much to be desired.

Dealing with Dr. Krupitsky and his staff has been the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor...ever. It is impossible to get the doctor on the phone, they do not return calls and are totally unresponsive in every way. He was my 86 year old mother's doctor and he could not have been more dispassionate. He treated her like a child and not an intelligent adult. Furthermore, whenever we would call for a prescription it would take at least three calls before they would send it to her assisted care facility. As I said at the beginning of this review, I have never experienced anything like this before and hope to never experience it again.
