Dr. Andrew Lee Kuhn, MD

Dr. Kuhn is a good doctor. However, Cyndi, a phone nurse, is extremely unpleasant to work with. She is unprofessional as she treats the clients as though they are stupid and she demeans them by acting as though knows everything. Extremely unsatisfied with the interaction that was had.

My family has seen Dr. Kuhn for about 15 years. He listens well and addresses complaints and treats accordingly. Great interpersonal skills, especially with children. He is supportive of individuals as well as the community. He had some trouble with office staff, but that now seems better again. The only negative is office staff says he no longer provides immunizations for children.

Listens and values your reported symptoms. Supportive on a personal and community level as well. The only negative is the office staff repirts he no longer offers immunizations.

Just not an attentive Doc. He cares nothing about new research or the value of dietary supplements. He thinks meds are the only solution and doesn't consider different individual body chemistries. If I had a serious illness, I would not be seeing him.

I don't generally post reviews about anything, it is my goal to be gracious, yet provide the readers with the facts. I have honestly never dealt with a medical provider like Dr. Kuhn. To mention just a few incidents, although there are more. There is absolutely no sense of urgency with him or some of his staff. The only person that is of any help is his nurse Cindy. I had been a patient and stopped going after I hadn't received a call back about a medical issue that went on for a few months. I finally switched providers, and it took him several weeks to send my medical records to my new provider. A family member of mine was also a patient, and Dr. Kuhn waited until late in the evening of the due date, after business hours, to send mandated paperwork. When in fact, he had the request for about 3 weeks. Of course he didn't complete all of the answers in its entirety, in essence causing the mandated papers to be late. Again, Cindy was very helpful. This is medical care, not… ordering a pair of shoes. I would agree with another review that I read about Dr. Kuhn, that it seems we are bothering his staff, when technically we are paying all of their salaries. To end, we are currently waiting for Dr. Kuhn to provide some paperwork that he has had the request for about three weeks, and of course still waiting. I have heard verbally from several others (both former patients and former employees) that this is common for his practice, which is very unfortunate because we as patients put our trust in medical providers and hope that they want the best for us and will at least provide prompt service at whatever level that requires and on whatever the issue.

don’t waste ur money unless u have it to burn, there is no in house anything, x-ray, lab nothing. And the upfront ppl Have no common Courtesy. My family and I now have a competent medical provider and facility

Dr Kuhn is a great Doctor - he explains things very well and gives you his undivided attention. Unfortunately, his office staff, in particular his scheduling person is not easy to deal with. She can be rude and make you feel ignorant. I will be looking for a new office for our family, after being a patient over 10 years.

Dr. Kuhn is a good doctor if you can get in to see him. His staff guards his appointment book like it was Fort Knox. I once suffered from a sinus infection for 10 weeks before they would let me make an appointment. They insisted it was viral. Turns out it was bacterial. I usually have to see him about three times before he takes my illness seriously.
