Dr. Levi and all of the staff at Park Ave Fertility provided compassionate care and support throughout our infertility journey. He always took the time to explain our options, answer our questions, and address our concerns. The nurses and front office staff were always so knowledgeable and helpful. It was so reassuring to always be able to get a hold of someone when we had questions and even some scary situations throughout the IVF process. We are expecting our first child soon and couldn't recommend Park Ave Fertility enough to any person/couple struggling with infertility and starting a family.

I am over the moon about Park Avenue Fertility, Dr. Levi, Ashley & the entire staff. I spent over two years at another clinic and I wish I had come straight here instead… Two of my co-workers recommended Dr. Levi and I can see why. He is very patient, explains everything, puts me at ease, and the staff is very good at emailing/ calling/ communicating every step of the process. I never felt out of the loop. Every office visit has made me feel very comfortable and the follow up is spot on. Even talking to them about the genetics & my donor choice was very smooth and easy. I’m in the middle of the process now and I have been very appreciative of the experience I’ve had so far! I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me. I highly recommend coming here!

Dr. Levi and his team are amazing! I had spent a year with another clinic in which I had gone through 4 egg retrievals and 3 transfers - all of which resulted in heartache. I was referred by a family member to go see Dr. Levi and wow - what a world of a difference. It was like night and day. And I got pregnant my first transfer. He and his team are truly caring and I could not have asked for a better Dr. I am forever grateful!

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Levi and his team. My husband and I tried for almost two years to get pregnant with no success. I am currently 16 weeks pregnant with our first child and it is all thanks to Park Ave Fertility! Everyone is so kind and caring. It was really a good experience for such a hard time. Dr. Levi was always patient and answered any question I had. He thoroughly explained every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand. Michelle was always so responsive to every email I sent, and I sent quite a few! Overall, the whole experience for myself and my husband was a positive one with the best possible outcome! I would recommend them to anyone who is struggling to conceive.

Dr. Levi's office was our second IVF try. The first one at a different clinic didn't go well, and it took lots of energy and faith from us. When we talked to Dr. Levi for the first time, I remember him saying: "Forget the bad experience. It's past. You can't do anything about it, but you don't need to be attached to it. We are going to start with a blank page." What a relief I felt right away! He was very confident and to the point, yet compassionate and reasonable. My husband and I loved it. When we visited the clinic for the first time, it felt like a family. Everyone was relaxed and very friendly. We very much appreciate it because we prefer small and family-oriented clinics where you feel to be heard and seen. I always talked to one and only Dr. Levi, and he always answered every question I held, and believe me, I ask a lot! :-) During our IVF journey, we had to move to another state, and traveling became a bit challenging. Still, Dr. Levi's office, especially Michelle Falzarano,… always ensured I got everything I needed on time, including prescriptions. They even found a new clinic in the new state for monitoring my progress. For the embryo transfer, we traveled back to Dr.Levi's office and took enough time before and after the embryo transfer. Everything went super smooth, Dr. Levi explained everything to us, and we felt confident that we couldn't be in better hands. We strongly believe Dr. Levi's faith and professionalism made this work, and we got pregnant. I cannot honestly describe how grateful we feel for finding Dr. Levi and his amazing stuff in his office because we couldn't have had this miracle without him. My husband and I can't say enough amazing things about Park Ave Fertility and the incredible staff that work there! They helped us navigate through the incredibly hard journey of fertility and did so with grace, kindness, and knowledge. After a successful FET, we just welcomed our baby boy and we owe it all to Dr. Levi and his wonderful staff! From our first appointment to our final one, we were welcomed and taken care of and will forever be grateful to have found this practice!

Staff always friendly and communicative. Understanding and thorough. Reviews for fertility doctors I’m sure are hard because if you don’t get pregnant (for whatever reason) I guess you’d be disappointed with the practice. Well, 2 successful IVF procedures and I’m a happy camper when my dear partner didn’t think we’d be able to have a family that looked (and acted unfortunately haha) like us. Dr. Levi is very smart and his personality clicked with my husband and me yet I can see where others may find him a bit high energy but when it’s time for your procedure, he’s cool and calm and spells everything out for you. Dr. Katherine, Nurse Michelle and Shirley were all there for my first transfer and the second 3 years later. Very nice as it was a comfortable experience all around.

I have been a patient of Dr. Levi for many years. Unfortunately, my journey took longer than my husband and I had expected. Dr. Levi and his team were patient, kind and super helpful. They became almost like family! I recently graduated to my OB and although this was a very joyous day, it was also bittersweet because I had grown extremely close to the team members and Dr. Levi! We will be back when we're ready for baby #2, but until then.. I cannot praise this team enough and recommend them whenever I hear that there is another couple/family in need of his specialty!
