Dr. Andrew Austin Lindner, DDS

I had a great visit today at Rhinelander Dental. Dr Andrew Lindner was very nice and explained everything I needed to know. He took time to answer questions and gave me great options for work. Dr. Lindner explained things very well and was upfront with the treatment I need. The office staff was very friendly and they are very efficient. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Lindner took a lot of time to explain everything to me and make sure I was comfortable. I didn't need a lot of work but he made that I was comfortable and prepared with my treatment plan before we got started. He wanted to do what was best for me and he and his staff were highly efficient, prepared, and above all kind.

Dr. Lindner has been very helpful and knowledgeable with my treatment. He made me feel comfortable and gave me treatment options to choose from. I really like the camera pictures of my teeth and how I could see my teeth on the screen. I also like the fact that they use digital x-rays. The staff at this office are very kind and friendly. The hygienist gave me tips on how to better take care of my gums. The office has always been on schedule or early for my appointments - they even got me in earlier one time when they had a cancellation. I really appreciate their early office hours so I can have an appointment before going to work. The office is neat, clean and comfortable. I did not have any problems with my insurance being billed and everything financial was taken care of as discussed. I know several other people who go to this office who have had good experiences as well. I have already recommended this dentist to my friends. Thank you Balsam Ridge!

Dr. Lindner is the worst dentist. After leaving a drill bit in my mother's mouth while performing a root canal, he was forced to extract the tooth. To be fair, our family attempted to work with him to cover costs of the tooth replacement, but he refused. We had to contact a lawyer and after trying for several months to recoup the costs, we were forced to settle for an unsatisfactory amount. Actions reflect you character and integrity. His character and integrity are those of a con man. He should be barred from practicing and his license should be revoked. The quality of his work is not up to par with today's standards. I would encourage all to look elsewhere for quality dentistry.
