Dr. Little is my hero! He is absolutely top notch in the realm of pituitary abnormalities and makes it his personal goal to improve the quality of life for each and every one of his patients. He did exactly that for me. While it did take 3 months to get an initial consult with him (because he is the best but also because he has a multi-disciplined care team of other specialists that he involves prior to his overall diagnosis and treatment plan) once I met with him, he was kind, attentive and compassionate. He listened carefully to my symptoms and concerns. Then thoroughly presented options while answering all my questions. He supported my preference for surgical intervention and made sure I was comfortable with the expectations of the surgery and the post-op recovery process. He personally visited my bedside both pre-op and post- op to make sure I was doing ok and answer any questions- in his friendly and positive demeanor. And he went along with my silly idea to name the lesion… “Earl” so I could bid “Good-bye Earl” after the popular 90’s song. The best part of all of this? The surgery immediately released the pressure that was contributing to my persistent headache, fatigue and brain fog and I feel like Dr. Little gave me my life back. I’m expecting my 4th grandchild next month and I feel like it was God’s plan for Dr. Little to be part of my journey to restore my health right in time for this newest blessing. Thank-you Dr. Little-with all my heart. I am forever grateful!

Dr Little is excellent. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Easy to talk to. He listens to everything I have to say. I feel very confident in the care I’m receiving. Just love him.

Wow!!!!

I was referred to him for issues with trigeminal neuralgia and after ordering a MRI to make sure there wasn't something else going on (which there was), he took excellent care of me. I am not sure if he even understands how calming his demeanor is. He calmly sits there and answers your questions to make sure you have all the information, which helps to put you at ease on what is happening next. I really appreciated everything he did.

Dr. Little, the Barrow Brain & Spine, Dignity Health & all of his staff were very professional & compassionate. The care was indeed world class. Everyone I interacted with proved to be the ultimate professional with an exceptional knowledge of their role. Worth every penny.

I suffered with spinal stenosis but worked through the pain until I couldn't anymore. Went to Dr. Little because of recommendation and his affiliation with Barrow Neurology and St. Joseph's Hospital. Just one week after surgery I was able to discontinue prescription pain meds and began living my active life again. My only regret is waiting so long.
