Been my doctor for 13 years. Excellent bedside manner.

I went as a new patient yesterday to get my yearly annual and ask some other questions about my health. When I scheduled, the woman made it clear he would be able to handle the questions and needs I had. After sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes PAST my appointment time, I went to the women at the front desk for them to tell me that he DOESN'T do what I was coming there for and that "he doesn't feel good today. I think he's grouchy." They said that to a NEW patient!! They never even asked me to fill out a health history form either. What health provider doesn't care about previous surgeries or allergies, etc? So once I finally got back there, 45 minutes later than my appointment time, he came in, barely shook my hand, and started touching all over me. He was short and rude from the beginning, and did NOT take the time to actually let me talk about my health. I didn't even get to talk about one of my concerns because I just wanted to get out of there so bad. It was like talking… to a steam roller who considered it Friday and I was just another young woman in his clinic at the end of the day. I have never been treated this way by a health professional in my life! When I left, there was no one to walk me out or even talk to about the charges for the day. It was awkward, unprofessional, rude, and rushed. I should've walked out of the room as he treated me this way, and I regret not doing it. Please consider other options before visiting this clinic.

I've been seeing Dr. Leuders for 9 yrs off and on because I've lived between here and Dallas and he's always given me excellent care. Im surprised that he's gotten bad reviews on here at all. I had to speak up because I've seen some bad doctors in my many years of healthcare and Dr. Leuders is NOT one of them!

He doesn't seem to hear what you say. His answer for everything is workout and pray. I've went to him for years and he has got worse. I hadn't changed drs cause its such a hassle to fill in a new dr on your medical history, but it's time cause I'm getting no help from him.

He didn't seem to actually listen to the details of my issues. It seemed like he'd made up his mind before he'd entered the room. More time and money was spent because he failed to address some obvious issues. However, his nurse is a lovely lady.

Disappointed! Dr. Lueders seemed distracted & much interested or paying attention to my concerns. His nurse was excellent, I would give her five stars +.

I saw Dr. Lueders for stomach pain and body weakness. He told me based on my medical history there was nothing wrong and it was all in my head just like lots of other people he's seen my age. He told me I needed to be in church and that would fix my problem. It turned out I have extreme vitamin d deficiency, an umbilical hernia, cysts on my ovary, and a sagging bladder that does require surgery! If he had done his job I possibly wouldn't have suffered another year thinking I was crazy. Thank god I got a second opinion!

You Really need to be on top of things and remind him what's in your record. Sometimes I think Doctors expect you to know more doctor stuff than you do. That's their job. Be direct, to the point and be very clear. If you miss telling a symptom, its your fault. He will address your chief complaint and that's it. Your appt. Is for 10 min. Or 20 min.

This "Doctor" told me I was just getting old, brushed off my complaints and failed to diagnosis a bad problems which ended up in 7 procedures to correct and is now a life long problem.
