He is passive aggressive and treated me with disrespect in several visits. Watch out.

Don't walk, Run to another Nuerologist! Arrogant and Condescending. My neck was paralyzed from the Botox for migraine treatment that he administered. I couldn't hold my head up properly and had extreme muscle fatigue. He told me that it happens sometimes. I've been receiving this treatment for 10 years without issue and continue receiving it after him without issue. You will find a similar experience in another review so this is clearly a problem.

Such a nice doctor, listened, and was careful in his approach. I appreciated how through and reassuring he was. Highly recommended.

Insensitive and unkind. Downright rude.

I saw Dr Macdougall today for Migraines and headaches , He spent a lot of time explaining things to me , He listened to my concerns and helped me get a better idea of how to go forward in treatment ! Overall a very nice and caring Doctor ð???

Demeanor was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE---has no understanding of the disease he treats---blew up in a rage when I asked for an additional dosage of medicine -- I think I know my body better than he does. Looking to SWITCH DOCTORS & Practices NOW.

This doctor was incredibly rude, told me that he "didn't deal with people like me" and belittled me throughout the entire appointment. I was sure to leave him with informational brochures on my disease, which was diagnosed by my LAST neurologist!

Dr. MacDougall has been awesome to work with for my migraines. He listens, and always takes his time during my appointments. I have chronic pain and will likely never get rid of it, but he never makes light of it.

He is so insensitive and uncaring. He was contacted to be updated on a family members significant changes in their heath status and he was annoyed and rude. He said that this family member is going to die and what else could he do about it!!! This family member's life is going to be shortened due to their diagnosis, but they are not near death. He was not concerned about quality of life or other options in medicine or treatment. I was hurt, shocked and horrified that he could say those things. He is a doctor of people struggling with difficult medical issues. He needs to remember he chose to be in a people oriented profession. If he dislikes talking and working with people, he needs to find a new job.
