Called to make an appointment and whoever I spoke with was VERY Rude and unprofessional. I choose not find another doctor after trying to make an appointment over the phone.

Don't waste your time. While I'm sure Dr. Manley is a good doctor, the way his staff runs the office is horrible, especially McKayla and Stephanie. I showed up to an appointment 30mins prior as asked to and was told that even though I have valid insurance, they need to see proof of payment to my insurance company. What? I have been going to the doctor for over 25 years on my own and have never been asked something like this before. When I stated that to assistant that checks you in, she agreed and said that it was not her decision and she does not handle billing and insurance. Find another office to visit besides this one that will waste your time.
